Our products are assembled manually in our Quebec factory, and assembly errors may occasionally occur. We apologize for this.

Whether you ordered from our website or purchased one of our products from a retailer, you may request missing pieces. You simply have to fill out our after-sales service form within 30 days following the shipment of the merchandise (or the date of purchase in-store).

Payment

Website purchases

We only accept payment by Visa and Mastercard credit cards, by Apple Pay, as well as by Placote virtual gift card. For security reasons, we never store your credit card information.

Purchases in our Quebec City store

We accept payment by debit card, Visa and Mastercard credit card, as well as by gift certificate* or cash.

*Gift certificates can also be used for purchases made over the phone.

Please note, however, that we don’t accept the following payment methods for online or in-store purchases: Visa Debit, Amex, cheque, direct deposit, Interac transfer.

No. However, this can be done on the website for our parent company, Les Éditions Passe-Temps, as you can enter a purchase order number. If you wish to have your Placote games purchase invoiced, please place your order at passetemps.com.

Shipping

In the province of Quebec, delivery is free for all orders of $59 or more (before taxes).

For the rest of Canada, orders are shipped for free from $69 (before taxes).

For orders of less than these values, the applicable fixed costs are as follows:
- Quebec: $8
- Other Canadian provinces and territories: $10

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email with your order’s tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse in Quebec City. It then takes between 1 and 3 business days for an order shipped to destinations within Quebec, whereas shipping time can take up to 7 business days to destinations elsewhere in Canada. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
