Shipping & Delivery - Canada

In the province of Quebec, shipping is free for all web orders of $59 or more.

For the rest of Canada, shipping is free for all web orders of $69 or more.

For web orders less than these values, the flat shipping costs are as follows:

• Quebec: $8
• Other Canadian provinces and territories: $10

For purchase orders sent by email and orders made by phone, the fixed delivery costs apply at all times, regardless of the total order amount.

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. You will receive an automated email with your order’s tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse in Quebec City. Shipping time is normally between 1 and 3 business days for orders shipped to destinations in Quebec, whereas it can take up to 7 business days for destinations elsewhere in Canada. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays due to the carrier.
