Shipping policy

In the province of Quebec, shipping is free for all orders of $49 or more.

For the rest of Canada, shipping is free for all orders of $59 or more.

For orders less than these values, the flat shipping costs are as follows:

• Quebec: $8
• Other Canadian provinces and territories: $10

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an automated email with your order’s tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse in Quebec City. Shipping time is normally between 1 and 3 business days for orders shipped to destinations in Quebec, whereas it can take up to 7 business days for destinations elsewhere in Canada. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays due to the carrier.
