Our commitment is to ship the requested items in good condition to the address indicated on your order. In the event that a problem occurs, you must contact us within 30 days of the shipment of the merchandise so that we can rectify the situation. It is your responsibility to verify the completeness of your order upon receipt.
If the items you’ve purchased don’t meet your expectations, you can return them to us new and in their original condition. To do this, you must first contact us by phone (418 687-9963 or toll free 1 877 687-9963) or by email at email@example.com. A merchandise return form will then be sent to you. When we receive the items, we will refund or exchange the returned items. Please note that delivery and reshipping charges will apply.
Please also note that only items purchased on placote.com can be returned directly to us. Games purchased from a retailer must be returned to that same retailer.
